Identity thief sets up cable account with Rochester woman’s name, social security number and more

Intoxicated man disturbs peace over weekend On Saturday, June 29, Rochester Police investigated a report of an unwanted man yelling outside a Fraser Street residence. Dispatch told officers the man was trying to gain entry to the home and was intoxicated. When officers arrived, they found the 35-year-old Washington man yelling in the backyard, attempting to have the homeowner let him in.
