Scouts Honored by Rochester City Council

Boy Scout Troop 123 received a heartfelt thanks from Rochester City Council Monday, one week in advance of taking on a solemn duty to honor veterans buried at historic Mt. Avon Cemetery. Mt. Avon is the first platted cemetery in Oakland County and is listed on the State Register of Historic Sites.
