Nearly 300 Artists from across the Country to descend upon Rochester Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) today announced that the nonprofit will host its 51st Art & Apples Festival, Friday, Sept. 9 through Sunday, Sept. 11. The Art & Apples Festival is pleased to announce its partnership with Oakland University for this year’s festival.
