Seven Oakland County “Healthy” Projects Get Brooksie Way Minigrant Funding for 2013

The Michigan Senior Olympics, a healthy eating program for children and wellness expo are among seven Oakland County programs that received nearly $8,000 in funding through The Brooksie Way Minigrant program. Recently, the Rochester Area Republican Club Board of Directors selected a new meeting site and selected Thursday, February 7th as the date for the first meeting. Unfortunately, we find out that Chapman's Mill (our new meeting place) had closed its doors. We also have two major conflicts on February 7th: A county convention for precinct delegates and L.
