Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan Barnett was re-elected to his second full term Tuesday, beating former councilman Erik Ambrozaitis with 77 percent of the vote. J. Martin Brennan’s decision not to run for re-election to Rochester Hills City Council as he battles cancer has opened up an interesting contest in the Aug. 2 primary election. Adam Kochenderfer, M.
