The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will be presenting the Maple Syrup Program on Saturday, March 29 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. During the program guest will learn the history of maple syrup and see our sap-to-syrup demonstration. Learn how sap from maple trees becomes tasty syrup and enjoy a warm pancake breakfast through a program at the Rochester Hills Museum on Saturday, March 17. The sap is running and city staff have been tapping the trees at the historic Van Hoosen Farm.
