Due to the forecasted winter storm, Mayor Bryan K. Barnett has issued a snow emergency for the City of Rochester Hills effective, Monday, January 28, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. until further notice. Due to the snow emergency, there will be no parking on city streets starting at 5:00 p.m. until further notice. All residents are asked to remove their vehicles from all city streets to allow the plows to clear the snow safely and efficiently.
