A life-sized, bronze statue of Oakland University (OU) founder Matilda Dodge Wilson was unveiled near the walkway between the Oakland Center and South Foundation Hall during Homecoming and Reunion Weekend activities. On Thursday July 19, the Women's Fund of Rochester hosted their Mid-Summer Soiree. Over 100 guests strolled the gardens of Meadow Brook Hall while enjoying hors d’oeuvres, wine, and listening to the music of Maestro Harry Hovakimian. Antiques Roadshow a Big Hit at Meadow Brook
On Thursday, June 14, almost 3,000 ticketholders attended the Rochester Antiques Roadshow (AR) event at Meadow Brook Hall to have their 1-2 items valuated by the country’s leading experts. About 150 of these guests ended up having their item recorded for television in some form.
