First Day of Winter Winter seemed to wait until December 21 (the official first day on the calendar) to arrive with a dusting of snow. Winter could be found at the ski resorts! Seems like we waited all year for winter and while there were hints of it here in southeast Michigan, Fall really rolled into Spring.
