Deputies and the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department responded to the 20 block of Timberview for a 4 1/2 year old not breathing properly. Upon arrival, Deputies found the child without a pulse and immediately started CPR.  Paramedics arrived on scene a few moments after CPR was started and began administering advanced life-saving measures.  The child was transported to Troy Beaumont Hospital where staff continued medical efforts.
