American Legion Post 172 Rochester and Operation Yellow Ribbon have teamed up to offer a night of dining and entertainment. Downtown Rochester held its fourth annual Rochester Posed event on Thursday, October 6, 2016. During the event nineteen participating businesses turned their storefront windows into live mannequin displays. This year’s theme for Rochester Posed was Classic Movies.
