The Sheriff’s Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal vehicle/pedestrian hit and run crash that occurred upon northbound Telegraph Road near Menoninee Street at 7:10 p.m. in Pontiac. A 53 year old homeless resident of Pontiac was killed when he was struck in the left lane by an unknown vehicle as he attempting to cross Telegraph Rd. The Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance to identify the mummified remains of a woman found at a home on Savanna Drive in Pontiac.
