Mark Albrecht is the New Chairperson of the DDA The Rochester Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is proud to announce the election of Mark Albrecht as Chairman of the DDA, effective immediately. Albrecht is an active DDA Board member, has serving as DDA Vice Chairman for the past year, as well as Chairman of the Business Development Committee.
