Troy Soccer Team Dispatches Adams in 3-1 District Win

Monday’s conditions were more suitable for flying a kite than for soccer. But for sixth-ranked Troy, the end result was just right. Troy, the OAA Red Division, defeated Rochester Adams for the second time in six days, topping the Highlanders, 3-1, in a Division 1 boys soccer pre-district contest. Ford Test-Drive Event Raises Funds for Adams H.S.

Patrick Scoggin, president and owner of Huntington Ford in Rochester Hills presented a check for $3,260 to Rochester Adams High School for the recently completed Drive One 4 UR School event. This widely popular test-dive program allowed Ford Motor Company and Huntington Ford to partner with Adams High School and local community members to “get behind the wheel” of the new Ford products and raise funds for the school by test-driving an eligible Ford vehicle.  Over 160 people participated in the … [Read more...]

Rochester Adams wins seventh soccer district by ousting Lake Orion

Rochester Adams has had a knack of slow starts this season. In the state tournament, it’s been a different story.  The Highlanders came out of the gate like gangbusters Saturday at Fenton High School. Although Adams did not score in the first half, the Highlanders tucked in a pair of shots in the second half and dominated from start to finish in downing Lake Orion 2-0 for a Division 1 district title. Rochester Adams High School Retains Crittenton Cup

ROCHESTER, MI – Rochester Adams High School will be recognized on Friday October 15 as repeat winner of the Crittenton Cup.  The four-foot high sterling silver trophy will be presented to the school at a student assembly at 10 am.
