The Rochester City Beautiful Commission (CBC) - combining the love of dogs with the beauty and necessity of pollinators - is pleased to present the Dog & Butterfly Dog Wash. The CBC, along with the Rochester City Council, including Mayor Stuart Bikson, will be bathing dogs. City Of Rochester Celebrates Arbor Day at Elizabeth Park

The Rochester City Beautiful Commission (CBC) celebrated Arbor Day by planting Autumn Blaze Maple on April 28 at Elizabeth Park. Members of the CBC were on hand for the celebration along with Rochester City Administration, City Council members and the Parks Department. Rochester Looking for Volunteers for Howlett Park

  The Rochester City Beautiful Commission is looking for volunteers to help with the removal of invasive plants in Howlett Park on Saturday, May 21st and possibly Sunday May 22nd. Sunday work will only be scheduled if all of the removals are not completed by the end of the day on Saturday. The park is located at the corner of Inglewood and Romeo Road. The event will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will take place in the Rochester Municipal Park. Volunteers needed for Howlett Park Clean-Up Day on Sunday, July 27, 2014

On Sunday, July 27th, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, the Rochester City Beautiful Commission will be having a Clean-Up Day at Howlett Park. We are looking for volunteers to help build a pedestrian bridge with the Fire Department and Department of Public Works staff members.
