Beginning on October 24, the City will have crews out picking up leaves at the curb. Please assemble neat piles of leaves right along the curb, in the street. Grass clippings, pet waste, municipal waste and tree limbs are strictly prohibited. As summer comes to an end, the Michigan Fall colors blast into view. Elizabeth Street Closure and Detour

This notice is to inform you that there will be a new development and construction on Elizabeth Street between Parkdale Avenue and Hill Street. This construction includes connecting a new sanitary sewer and water main. This connection will temporarily close Elizabeth Street for about a week. Sidewalk Repair Program in Rochester

The City of Rochester has contracted with Italia Construction to conduct sidewalk repairs throughout the city. This program should only last through July and was implemented in an effort to promote safety in Rochester neighborhoods, as well as improve the appearance of the community.
