The Older Persons’ Commission (OPC) is hosting its Inaugural Scrapbook Crop on Saturday, October 20 from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. This marathon event features meals, vendors, door prizes, individual workspaces, and more. The fundraiser will benefit the Adult Day Services Department and is open to the public. The OPC is located at 650 Letica Dr., Rochester.
