The Rochester Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will host, Deck Art 2014’s Thursday Night Kickoff from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. This evening, will include a sneak peek at Deck Art 2014 entries as well as family and kids’ activities, food, and side street entertainment.
