The 8th annual Kris Kringle Market returns to Downtown Rochester this holiday season, Friday, Dec. 4, 4 - 10 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 5, Noon - 10 p.m. The market will be located on W. Fourth Street between Main and Walnut and will coincide with The Big, Bright Light Show. The City of Rochester has released the official video of the 2015 State of the City address held at the Royal Park Hotel on Monday, March 30.
