Last week Rochester Hills resident Perry Badia was struck while jogging on Oakland University"s campus and later died from his injuries. Rochester Hills man suing city and others over pipeline and oil drilling leases

As we posted earlier today on our Facebook page, Rochester Hills resident William J. Bidwell has filed suit against the city, mayor, and city manager over pipeline and oil drilling leases involving local parks. The suit claims that the city illegally entered an oil drilling lease with Jordan Development to drill underneath Nowicki Park.
