The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has opened Tienken Road from Adams to Brewster and Livernois to Rochester Road to traffic today in an effort to ease Labor Day and back-to-school traffic. The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) announced to day that it plans to close Tienken Road from Brewster to Livernois Roads in Rochester Hills for road construction beginning Wednesday, August 5. While the road will remain open to local traffic (traveling to homes and businesses within the construction zone), there will be delays for local traffic.
