On January 19, compete in 20-minute intervals of running, biking, and swimming, with awards given based on age groups. The triathlon is held at the Older Person's Commission (OPC) in Rochester and is open to the public. As a slightly moderated version of the classic three-part race, the Indoor Triathlon is accessible for teens through older adults at all fitness levels. The Opening Ceremony is scheduled to take place Friday, August 10, at Bloomer Park in Rochester Hills from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bring the family and come join them for this free event.
