The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will be open Dec. 23 and Dec. 28– 30 from 1 – 4 p.m. Two temporary exhibits are on display through December. Lost Rochester draws upon the museum’s extensive archival collections of newspapers, artifacts, and photographs that feature the businesses and buildings that were once a part of the Rochester community, but are now gone. The Rochester Hills Museum will host an Old Fashioned Christmas on Saturday, December 18 from 1-4 p.m. Guests can enjoy hayrides to all Museum buildings with crafts, music, chestnuts and popcorn making, cookies, and activities at the Dairy Barn, Van Hoosen Farmhouse, Red House, and Stoney Creek Schoolhouse.
