This year marks the beginning of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. To commemorate this anniversary and Veterans Day, the Rochester Hills Museum is presenting a guided tour of the Civil War Veterans buried in Stoney Creek Cemetery on Saturday November 12. The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will celebrate Veterans Day with a presentation by Rochester Hills resident Joann Puffer Kotcher, author of An American Red Cross Girl’s War in Viet Nam.
