Tai Chi in Oakland Township

Tai Chi Beginners Tai Chi exercises the mind and body by increasing well-being and improving balance, coordination and strength. Students will learn the basic forms and elegant movements of the Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi. Students should be able to support their weight while standing or bring a chair if unable to stand.
