Bennett and his clarinet

Dave Bennett

You won’t find many musicians who are equally conversant with the music of Benny Goodman (the “King of Swing”) and Roy Orbison (“The Soul of Rock and Roll”). An annual fixture at several American music festivals, Dave Bennett is a clarinet virtuoso who plays electric guitar, piano, drums, AND vocalizes. He will be featured at “Taste & Tunes”, the Rochester Symphony Guild’s benefit for the Rochester Symphony Orchestra, on Saturday, November 10. Plan now for an evening of fun and music at “Taste & Tunes” held at Great Oaks Country Club, Rochester. Begin with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. followed by an unforgettable gourmet dinner prepared by the Great Oaks chefs, topped off with one of their unique desserts. Throughout the evening shop at the silent auction of themed baskets, tickets to various theatre, sport and concert events, overnight stays, gift cards, and much, much more.

Then, get ready to enjoy the wonderful music of Dave Bennett and his musicians who enthrall audiences with toe-tapping swing, moody blues, and emotional ballads, all performed with deft touch, virtuosity, and style.
