Rochester Artist, Rana Loutfi, part of Woven Together, Opening Reception April 12 at the Pontiac Creative Arts Center
The Pontiac Creative Arts Center (PCAC) invites the public to an artist reception to celebrate National Arab-American Heritage Month on Friday, April 12, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The show runs April 12-May 3 and includes paintings, photographs, mixed media, sculptures, glass mosaics, and printmaking.
Music and food will accompany the collection of art as an opportunity to introduce visitors to a wider diversity of Arab-American cultures. The Pontiac Creative Arts Center is located at 47 Williams Street, at Lawrence Street, in Pontiac.

Admission is free. Sales of the art will benefit the Pontiac Creative Art Center. Visitors may use the PCAC parking lot off W. Pike Street, as well as street parking is available.
About the PCAC
The Pontiac Creative Arts Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving North Oakland County with art education, art programs, and exhibitions. Since 1965, the PCAC has brought the arts to Pontiac with funding in part by the Furlong Trust, The National Endowment for the Arts, and individual donations. Gallery hours are Wednesday 12 noon – 7:00 p.m., Thursday–Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., and by appointment.
