The Women’s Fund recently presented New Day Foundation for Families with a $2500 grant for their Single Parent Program.
New Day Foundation for Families provides financial stability and profound hope to cancer patients and their families. The Women’s Fund grant will help to provide financial assistance, emotional resources and profound hope to single mothers and their children while they are facing cancer.
“New Day is privileged to receive a grant from The Women’s Fund in support of our single parent program. These funds will provide tremendous relief to single mothers and their children at a time when they are burdened with the overwhelming physical, financial and emotional burdens of a cancer diagnosis,”” said Gina Kell Spehn, Co-Founder & Executive Director of New Day Foundation for Families.
The grant check was presented to Josephine Long, Development Director at New Day Foundation by Ruth Stephens-Collins, Women’s Fund Advisory Board member.
