Benefiting Beaumont Children’s, A Children’s Miracle Network Hospital
During the month of May, select Toyology Toys locations will begin offering special milk chocolate candy bars with proceeds benefitting Beaumont Children’s, a Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospital. The candy bars will retail for $5. One lucky winner will find a Golden Ticket within the wrapper that awards them a family trip to Cedar Point.
“At Toyology, we are all about family time and having fun,” said Jonathan Klar, COO & co-founder of Toyology Toys. “The candy promotion is a way to help child patients get the support they need to get back to having fun, as well as giving a family the opportunity to get away and enjoy a family trip.”
Since 1988, Beaumont has been the only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital in Southeast Michigan. One hundred percent of the donations raised in Southeast Michigan stay in the local communities to fund exceptional programs and services, vital pediatric equipment and scholarships for families. Beaumont depends on community support to help fund these vital services. Through special events and grassroots fundraisers, such as Toyology’s candy bar promotion, more than 200,000 children benefitted from CMN programs at Beaumont Children’s in 2017.
In addition to supporting child patients, the individual purchasing the bar with the Golden Ticket will receive a trip for four to Cedar Point which includes: one night hotel stay, two-day passes, early entry into the park, gas gift card and a few of Toyology’s favorite travel games.
Throughout the summer, the candy bars will be available at Toyology Toys’ stores in West Bloomfield, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak and the new Bloomfield Hills location.
