What is This Thing Called Yoga? At The Rochester Library

Yoga is an ancient and timeless art, science, philosophy, and medicine that emphasize one’s daily responsibilities with awareness and compassion. Julia Visconti, Certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, will explain the basics of Yoga at the Rochester Hills Public Library on Thursday, March 24 at 7 p.m. Julia emphasizes that you do not have to be in shape, young or flexible to join a yoga class.
