    Dear Crabby, I am still relatively new to the area. After moving here I was often asked if I lived in Rochester or Rochester Hills. I have recently learned that Rochester is a very small portion of downtown….is that correct? If so, why the distinction or portioning out of that land and separating the two? Is there a true reasoning behind it?
