Join the Rochester Hills ​naturalist and environmental educator for a fun afternoon learning how to survive outdoors in the winter

The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm will be presenting Winter Survival 101 on Monday, January 18th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Bloomer Park. Admission is free for Rochester Hills Museum members. For non-members, the admission is $5 for adults and $3 for seniors and students. Ages 8 and up are welcome. Guests will join the city’s naturalist and environmental educator as they show how to build a winter survival shelter and the art of starting a fire without matches. Come dressed for the weather and ready to learn about winter survival skills.
