FIFA Women’s World Cup Watch Party

Hosted by the City of Rochester Hills and Mayor Bryan K. Barnett, this is a first for the type of an event. It took place Tuesday evening at the RARA Indoor Soccer Field in Downtown Rochester.

Magic Soccer provided a free soccer clinic and Oakland University’s The Grizz was entertaining the kids and getting in a lot of photos.

Food, drink and a large ten-foot-projection screen made watching the US Women’s Team beat the German Women’s Team all that much better. Final score was United States 2, Germany 0. The US Team will now face Japan in the next round.
